Refrigeration Engineer
The Refrigeration Engineer maintains and repairs all types of onboard refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, air conditioning compressors, filtering systems and all other refrigeration equipment on all classes of MSC civil service crewed ships.
MMD/MMC Requirements
Refrigeration Engineer or qualified member of the engine department of any unlicensed rating in the engine department and hold a Universal Ozone Depleting Substance (ODS) certificate issued by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
